Executive Coaching for Women

 

I work with a limited number of women each year in a highly supportive, one to one, personalised private programs. Each program is designed specifically for each individual woman, to help her reclaim her joy and pleasure in life, dive really deeply into getting to know herself intimately and step into her personal power and own it. We can design the program for what you personally need. So that means you may look below and think that you might like a combination of different types of coaching and we can absolutely create that in your coaching package.

My unique coaching approach combines talk coaching, somatic practices, cutting-edge neuroscience and the best research and techniques from modern adult development psychology. We work with both the conscious and the unconscious to access and transform at the deepest levels of your psyche.

The coaching sessions are supportive, deep and transformative and as a result you will experience changes from day one.

I am trauma informed in my work and hold you in a compassionate and non-judgemental way. All sessions are conducted online so you can do it from home and I work internationally.

Women face many unique challenges in the workplace. This is because the culture we work in is predominantly masculine in its focus.

I love to coach women and help them fully reconnect with their authentic self, their original essence. I use a range of coaching strategies from my extensive studies and work experience in: adult development, organisational development, complex organisational change, somatic coaching, somatic experiencing, grief work, systems thinking and integrated sexuality and relationships, and I help my clients work through and implement this in a very pragmatic way.

I am an accomplished executive coach with over twenty years experience in executive development. I have been an executive myself and worked as an executive coach working with both men and women for 14 years. I have worked across a range of industries and consulted and coached to an even broader range across the globe in both the private and public sector.

I have worked in many male dominant industries myself. I have consulted and coached in the private and public sector across a very wide range of industries. Yes I am an Australian, and I have lived and work overseas and worked for multi-national organisations, medium and small business. Cultural and organisational cultural contexts may differ but I find that many of the same issues turn up for women regardless of the industry or sector they work in. Whether they are employed in an organisation or are an entrepreneur.

These Issues include:

  • Leading from an authentic place within themselves, rather than the masks they have created to wear to survive, in the organisational culture(s) they have forged their careers in,

  • Building their professional networks,

  • Learning to balance the competing needs of family and work, without feeling like they are failing at both,

  • Growing their sense of self-worth to eliminate any ‘imposter syndrome’ feelings they have,

  • Emotional mastery; learning to ground themselves in their emotional expression so they’re emotions are their allies and not their bullies,

  • Stepping into their own personal power to influence and negotiate more effectively for themselves,

  • Owning and legitimising positions of authority that they hold,

  • Negotiating and asking for their worth financially,

  • Growing the systemic complexity of your thinking to work with increasingly complex decision making in the workplace,

  • Building their ethical decision making capacity,

  • Finding their voice and learning to express themselves authentically.
